COVID – 19 Information
In accordance with the Provincial Health Officer’s Order on July 27, 2020, the following must be done in regards to mass gatherings:
The boat event organizer must:
• Collect the first and last names and the telephone numbers or email addresses of every patron who attends the event.
• Retain this information for 30 days, in case there is need for contact tracing on the part of the medical health officer, in which case the information must be provided to the medical health officer.

Q: When should we arrive at the dock?
We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before charter start time.
Q: What is the max capacity ?

Q: Is it safe?
Our boat is Transport Canada certified and goes through regular checks and inspections.
We have licensed experienced crew members that give a safety instructions speech before every charter.
There are life jackets available on board, both for adults and children.
Q: Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you can bring your own food and drinks, including alcoholic beverages.
Be aware that due to the recent changes in BC liquor rules,
if you wish to bring and consume alcohol onboard you have to get a permit.
You can do it online here.
The ship crew will need to inspect it before the departure.
No alcohol will be permitted onboard without a valid license, no exceptions.

There is also a BBQ on board you can use for free.
Q: Do you have coolers?
Yes, there are coolers on board you can use, just bring ice with you.
Q: Is there a bathroom on the boat?
Yes, not to worry as there is a full size toilet on the Golden Eagle IV boat.
Q: What about music?
We have a stereo on board that connects to the bluetooth, headphone jack or iPhone jack.
Q: Where will we go?
We like to tour False Creek, Granville Island, English Bay and Stanley Park.
The North Shore, West Vancouver and up Indian Arm are also popular day trips.
When on board consult our captain for the best touring options of the day.
Q: Where is the boat and how do we get there?
We are located at 750 Pacific Boulevard, Marina Dock ‘A’.

Q: Is there parking nearby?
Pay parking lots are located throughout the Plaza of Nations,
as well as along Pacific Boulevard, or Expo Boulevard.
